Products and Descriptions

Merantor offers a variety of products designed to enhance everyday living. We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate; however, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current. Product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, manufacturing updates, or product modifications.

Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout where required by law.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order. Merantor reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or inaccurate information provided during checkout.

If an order is canceled by Merantor after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders may be canceled by customers before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the applicable return and refund procedures.

Payments

Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. If a payment cannot be successfully processed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

After processing, orders are typically delivered within 10–18 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, destination, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free shipping is available on orders $49 or more. Orders under $49 are subject to a flat $5.95 shipping fee. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

For satisfaction-based returns, products may be opened and reasonably tested but must be returned in good condition with all included accessories and components. Products showing damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidental damage, alteration, improper handling, or excessive wear may not qualify for a satisfaction-based return.

If a return request is approved, the item must be postmarked within 14 days of return approval.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Merantor within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are exempt from the standard condition requirements that apply to satisfaction-based returns.

For satisfaction-based returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Merantor will cover the return shipping cost when a physical return is required or provide another appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Additional processing time by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or engage in any activity that interferes with its operation, security, or accessibility. Unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, misuse of our services, or violation of applicable laws may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.
