- Fully charge the SunGuard Camera using the supplied USB charging equipment before first use.
- Press the power button and securely attach the camera to a clean, compatible metal surface on your vehicle or trailer using the 6 ultra-strong magnets and protective rubber pad.
- For iOS: Download and open the BackCam App. For Android: Download and open the E-Eye App.
- Follow the instructions in the appropriate app to connect your smartphone to the SunGuard Camera's wireless network.
- Open the live camera view and adjust the camera angle until the desired rear area is clearly visible. Use the mirror toggle if needed to switch between the original and mirrored display.
- Turn the parking guide lines on or off as preferred. When needed, use Real Calibration Setting to configure the supported trapezoid, semicircle, or line zone marking and pedestrian detection mode.
- Use the live view while reversing, parking, positioning a trailer, or checking the area behind your vehicle. Use Capture for photos or Record for videos saved to your phone, and Playback to review compatible in-app recordings.
- Recharge the camera through USB when the battery becomes low. Solar charging supplements USB charging but does not replace it, and charging performance depends on light intensity and the angle of the solar panel.
